About Dr. Wagner

Dr. Austin Wagner is a board-certified vascular surgeon with expertise in the full spectrum of arterial and venous disease, providing both medical management and surgical treatment using open and minimally invasive endovascular techniques.

 

A Kansas City native, Dr. Wagner returned home after completing his medical education and training and has been practicing in the area since 2015. He takes pride in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and approaches each case holistically to promote long-term health and wellness.

 

Dr. Wagner earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and went on to complete his General Surgery residency and Vascular Surgery fellowship at the Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pennsylvania.

 

He is a Fellow of the Society for Vascular Surgery (FSVS) and a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI).

 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Wagner is deeply devoted to his family and enjoys supporting his children’s extracurricular activities. He is also active in community initiatives and enjoys spending time outdoors—especially on the golf course as an avid golfer.
