About Melissa
Melissa Flood, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who has specialized in caring for patients with a wide range of vascular conditions since 2015. With nearly a decade of experience in vascular care, Melissa brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every patient interaction, ensuring that each person receives individualized, compassionate treatment.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fort Hays State University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Missouri. Melissa is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Throughout her career, she has focused on providing clear communication, patient education, and collaborative care—empowering patients to understand their condition and take an active role in their health. Her clinical experience, paired with her warm and approachable demeanor, makes her a trusted partner in her patients’ vascular health journey.
